Changing password on Router

I wanted to change the password on my Hub 3 router and went into the 192.168.0.1  page but it said my password was wrong (it worked ok on our phones etc) So I did a reset and then tried this out on my phone to see if this worked, it did. So then using the original password I went in to change it but it still said the password was wrong. I have since reset the hub 5 times in various ways mentioned on this site but still the password on the card does not work! What next?

Re: Changing password on Router

you need to use the "settings" password from the sticker - it is different to the password you use to connect to the wifi network.

Re: Changing password on Router

My hub has no "Settings" password, just the two numbers, the network name and the wifi password. After the 1st reset my phone and tablet work fine using the original number. Where would the settings number be?

Re: Changing password on Router

there should be a sticker on the base of the hub with the SSID name + password and another password for settings..
