Hello,
How do you change the delivery address for the starter pack? I would like to be sent to another address as I won't be fully moved in to the new address just yet.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 08000521734. They may be able to change it to your current address.
Failing that you will need to contact Yodel.

Thank you. I called and they said that they cannot update the delivery address (even though the starter pack hasn’t been dispatched yet). 🤷♀️. I thought it was going to be a very quick and easy thing to update…..

We're sorry to hear you're needing to change the delivery address. Once it's entered onto the account, we're not able to update the address I'm afraid.
You could look at cancelling things until you have moved in to the address but you would need to then set up a new account once ready.
