Cant register for account and appointment installation

Hello, I have tried to register for creating an account to keep an eye for the installation date of my new broadband but it is not allowing me to register. When I input my email, it refreshes the page and just keeps reloading. I have tried on another device too and it’s the same. In addition, I also originally booked an appointment for 12 February but this has been moved all the way to 8th March, which is too far away, especially after I have been having issues with my previous broadband for 2 months and have finally decided to move to virgin media. Thank you

Hey Time123456789, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear you install has been delayed.

Unfortunately you won't be able to make an account until you are fully installed with us sorry.

I am also sorry to hear there is a delay in the install, did the team advise why this was at all? 

Was it down to planning permission? Thanks
