Just recently joined and i knew i would have issues with wifi over the other side of the house, in particular my office. Using the connect app most of the time doing a test it fails! If i go closer to the door i can get 10Mb on a 350Mb line!
It says i can order the pods on the app but i cant see anywhere at all to order them or on the website!
Im on Volt 350 so should be be to get them for free

You call 0800 064 3850 to order the first one after scanning for blackspots using the connect App.- or just wait here for a VM person to respond in a day or two and they will sort the first one for you. If you do call dont get fobbed off by the offshore CS agents' saying you aren’t eligible - you are - it is clearly stated on the webpage.
