Cant connect devices to hub.

  • I accidentally removed my wifi network on my virgin media connect app and can now not add a network or connect to anything.
  • Literally my phone or anything can not even pick up my hub.
  • It has completely disappeared.
  • Please help.

What do you mean removed?

Did you disable the WiFi broadcast?

On my Virgin media connect app I turned off the 2.4 ghz and 5.0ghz options and it has completely disabled my Internet.

There is no option to even resume it.

On my wifi settings it does not even pick up my hub.

Literally it is like my broadband is not even available to find.

I have gone into the app many times and there is no option whatsoever to resume anything.

My broadband has disappeared completely and there is nothing on the app to even help.

You need to connect to the hub with an Ethernet cable and login to the admin page and re-enable the WiFi again.

Go to 192.168.0.1 in a browser and login with the admin password either printed bottom of the hub or whatever you set it to if you changed it
