Cant complete set up for home scan on connect app

I have the connect app. I am trying to compete set up for home scan. When doing the near hub scan I get message attached below saying I am not connected to the wifi. But as you can see from the other attachment I am connected. When I run the scan my phone is right next to (leaning against) the hub.  What is going wrong?SmartSelect_20190419-214646_Settings.jpg

Hi rjscarborough, welcome to our community forums.

 

Do you have any devices such as network adaptors or boosters? If so I would recommend temporarily disabling them whilst carrying out the scans.
