I’ve recently joined for broadband and I can’t find my email with my account number on, I’ve also forgot my username. Reason for ringing up is having issues with ‘weak security’ on devices connected to wifi
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

In regards to "weak security" this is nothing to worry about, your WiFi is secure, if this message appears on IOS devices, then please take a look at the link given above by @jbrennand as this should clear some things up for you.
