i am having troubke with my broadband connection. i have run the service status check and it says everything is fine but all my dwvices say they cant find IP address.
I have the Super Hub 2ac
the power light is on
the double arrow flashes
the tick is on

Really sorry that you've been having some issues with the service, this ins't good.
I've checked the back end of things and can't see anything sticking out that might be causing it.
Can I ask if you've rebooted the hub or done a pin hole reset?
Is it when you're using both a WiFi and wired connection?
