I have tried 3 times to get a wifi pod delivered, and I haven’t received one yet.
First order via the phone in November. Never arrived.
Second via WhatsApp last week, never arrived. Subsequent chat via WhatsApp revealed the agent never placed the order!
Third time via WhatsApp the agent promised it would arrive today with courier delivery, but nothing has turned up.
I’m a Volt customer so these should be free, and are one of the reasons I chose to stay with VM rather than switch to a competitor.
How do I actually order one?
