Cannot get to https://www.hotspotshield.com/

Hello,

If I try and go to https://www.hotspotshield.com/ on a device connected to my Virgin Media broadband, I get "this site can't be reached" on the browser. If I disconnect and connect to my mobile provider via the mobile hotspot on my phone, or directly from my phone disconnected from the WiFi it works absolutely fine.

I was wondering if this site is blocked for some reason?

Works perefectly fine here.  You device i.p. may be blocked

It is a VPN type of site.

In the Virgin Media online account make sure "Child Safe" is Disabled.
