Cannot establish Secure connection to server.

Hi, I apologise whether this has been mentioned in the past. Recently while trying to access certain websites, golfing etc (please no digs). I am shown “cannot access to the server”.

I can access via my phone, so not really a problem. Just wondering why the Hub3 is doing this.

It is unlikely to be an issue with the Hub. Are you able to post one of the website addresses to see if the issue can be reproduced?

VM Web Safe settings for Hubs in Router mode

Login to the Virgin Media online account at :

Then visit : Account Settings >>> Online Security

Set Virus Safe to On  ( Usually On is fine.)
Set Child Safe to Off  ( When On, this is the option blocking most content )
