Just been upgraded to Hub 5. Downloaded VM Connect App to my tablet running Android v11. Asks me to log on to My VM account to start but will not accept my usual Ntlworld email account as valid. Outside of VM Connect App I can still log into My VM with that email with no problem. How do I get in?
