Cancelling question?

After coming to the end of my contract i called and explained i was not happy with latency issues.

I was offered double the speed for less money and was assured this would help with the problem so I accepted the upgrade. Obviously it didn’t so i called again and asked to have my contract terminated.

Do you receive an email or any type of proof that you have cancelled?

The person on the phone didn’t sound convincing.

What does it "say" when you log onto "My Account" on the VM website?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
