Can any customer support agents here assist with me giving my 30 day notice of cancellation of my Virgin services?
I have spent an hour so far listening to holding music and being bounced between your callc entre teams. I am not confident in them ever being able to help.
I don't need to speak to retentions or anybody like that because there is nothing that will convince me to stay with Virgin.
