Cancellation

Greetings,

I called back in mid september to cancel my contract with Virgin Media. Back then I received an email on how to return my kit, but no cancellation confirmation.

Today I received an email stating that my contract will end on the 20th of november, and after that I will be charged more. What the...?

How do I properly close this account??

cancellation issues can't be dealt with here.
however, you always received a "final bill" after your contract has been terminated - this is normal.
