I have been trying to cancel my contract with Virgin Media since April 2020 (my flatmates and I have not used the services they provided us since March 2020).

I have called several times to the following phone numbers 0345 234 0754 and 0345 454 1111, but most of the times they do not answer the phone (after waiting for more than 30 minutes) and when they answer the phone they tell me they cannot help me with this matter and that I should cancel the contract via the online chat.

In the chat, they have told me that cancellations are dealt with on the phone; however, I have called them several times after that and no agent has spoken to me. 

Please, does anyone know what to do in this situation? Is there another phone number or email for cancellations?
