I'm trying to cancel my broadband. The automated telephone line only allows me to get to a certain stage (it says it doesn't recognise my password). I've tried the chat function but this is a robot and I have the same issues.
I'm having to resort to writing a letter - please can anyone advise the address that I should send the letter to?

To cancel your account with us you would need to follow options 1, 4 then 4 when calling on 150/0345 454 1111 or send written request to cancel to the address given above.
