Cancellatioin process

Damn you Virgin Media!!!!

You wasted all my day just for a cancellation process. 

Your agents are conveying my call from one to another. What the **bleep** are you trying to do?

Can you please employ someone who can handle such an easy job quickly?

I had such a bad experience with you today. 

Thank you for **bleep**ting in my day.
