Have received pre contract documents via email but no account number. I wish to cancel the contract and I am within the 14 day cooling off period.
however i cannot get through via phone as no account number or landline. Livechat is useless and disconnects
i have sent a letter in the post but i want somebody to contact directly to sort the matter asap
