Hi I paused the Ethernet connection to my cctv and now when I go in the app to unpause it It tells me it can’t I’ve restarted the app and my router and the cctv and tried again and again but still can’t un pause it can anyone help me please thanks

if I rest the hun will I then have to set up the network name again and connect all my devices again
That seems a bit much I won’t be useful no the app to pause any more devices
If it has been an WiFi device one could have logging in to the Hub's menus
and the Wireless >>> Security >>> disable Wireless MAC FilteringMay be your CCTV device is listed in that area of the Hub's menus.
