I have 1gig virgin wifi max so I am entitled to up to three pods. I ordered a first pod, which arrived however I am still having connectivity issues in parts of the property.
When I try to order another pod on the website it says I need to call or use the live chat. When I use the chat or call it is either impossible to get through to someone, or the person tells me that a pod is being ordered but it never gets sent out and I don’t receive order confirmation.
Please could somebody from Virgin here send out a second max pod to my property?
