Can’t order WiFi booster online

I have black spots in my property and the connect app says order a booster. When I click on the link it takes me to a page where it says oops something went wrong.

Boosters are only free if you’re on Gig1 and/or have a Hub4

I thought it depended on your Virgin package I.e if you have full house or above

It changed a month or so ago. Hub4 users only now.

Dont pay for them - put the monies towards your own better quality wireless equipment.

It doesn’t. They were a non-contractual offer with that package and were subject to change. And the change has happened.
