Can't obtain IP address

Had issues all day 

Tried rebooting our hub more than once but all we get is the message unable to obtain an IP address 

We have the virgin superhub 2

On the front of the hub the power button is blue as is the tick. 

The uptown arrow flashes very occasionally 

And the 2.4 and 5.0 internet signs are flashing constantly

Any ideas anyone ?

And keep the answers simple I'm not overly tech minded lol
