I'm having a difficult time as I can't get in contact with virgin to downgrade my broadband speed to M100 since my mum changed it to M500 and is paying more when we don't use that much! I need someone at virgin to do this for me because it's £77 now with broadband and phone! I'm trying to save her money but she wants faster speeds that she doesn't use that much of. She watches 720p movies and videos! I'm that one who uses the majority of the internet speed as I watch livestreams and youtube videos in 1080p and 4k and with multiple tabs open!
