Can’t link Samsung Wi-Fi m2022 printer

New VM customer and can’t link my Wi-Fi printer ( Samsung M2022) 

it worked fine with last provider but despite spending hours trying different solutions ( some on this board) I am getting nowhere,

Im not very tech minded so treat me like the computer idiot I am

Samsung's printer business was acquired by HP in 2017.

Have a look below at the "Setup your printer" and "How to" sections.
