Can’t get a second Wi-Fi pod

I’ve been trying to order a second Wi-Fi pod for a while now but seem to be getting nowhere. The last time I contacted customer services via chat took 7 hours and they said it’s been ordered and I need to be patient but I’ve had no confirmation or email and it says I have no outstanding orders in my profile. It’s now been 2 weeks and I’ve still received nothing and with the first one I ordered I received an email within minutes and the pod was received 3 days later so no idea what’s going on and I just don’t want to spend another day on chat and get nowhere. Hopefully I can get some help with this…thanks
