Can't find my hub on vm connect app

I was recently having trouble with my vm connect app not pausing or unpausing devices, so to try sort this problem out, I uninstalled the app, rebooted the router and forced a reset on it, unfortunately now my app won't find my hub 5, I have followed all advice that has been given on previous threads but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can pause and unpause devices using the Hubs admin console. No need for the app.

How would I get into the hubs admin console?

Browse to 192.168.0.1

The admin (settings) password is on the bottom of the Hub.
