Hi. Needing help please.
All devices doing same - Wifi shows as connected with full bars, yet no connection to the internet
We’ve done the usual, reset, followed trouble shooting steps etc but nothing
Cant get any contact with a call centre as they are understandably closed. Anyone know how to get help from Virgin at all?
I can’t find any way of contacting them via email or otherwise.
please help! I have to work from home and I’m lockdown with a teenager and no internet 😂
