Can't connect to Wifi on the tube

I used to be able to connect to Wifi on the tube but I've noticed that it recently doesn't work. I'm entering my username and password as I used to and they are correct, but when the page loads it says that it cannot connect to the internet, as if the issue was that there's no Wifi service from Virgin Media (i.e. the problem is not that it cannot connect to my account but instead, that the Wifi doesn't work).

This has happened on a number of stations and lines and for over 1 month now.

Are you still an active virgin media/mobile member?

Have you tried forgetting your login and logging in again?

What device do you have? Are you allowing cookies?
