Can't connect to Hostgator cPanel using VM connection

Hi guys

For a few weeks I've been having issues connecting to cPanel on my Hostgator account. When I'm using my VM connection I just get "Connecting" but it goes nowhere. But, if I enable my VPN or 4G I go straight in without any problems.

In my most recent chat with Hostgator they checked if my IP was blocked with them but it wasn't and they advised me to contact you guys.

Every test I've done points to the VM connection. I've tried on my Macbook Pro, iPhone and iPad and all give the same results -
VM - Computer says no
Non-VM - Computer says yes

Can anyone help?

I have the screenshot with Hostgator's tests but I won't post it here because it shows the full IP.

Thanks

Daz

Can you log in with either your server name or domain name?

Re: Can't connect to Hostgator cPanel using VM connection

This is most likely to be a routing issue specific to your VM IP address (or subnet of addresses).  Have you tried doing a traceroute to your Hostgator account?  That should show where packets are being dropped and indicate whose problem it is.
