Can’t connect ring doorbell 3

Can anyone help ? 
we have the super hub 2 

have tried separating the 2 & 5 as previously seen and it’s on 2 is on channel 1 

the chime has connected but not the doorbell

You need a better wifi router with 1Gb ports and the hub in modem mode.

Perhaps the wifi signal at the doorbell is weaker or is being interfered with, whereas at the chime - it's better?
