For the last two weeks or so I've been unable to access:
Amazon video player
BBC I player
All three provide errors related to VPNs, Amazon claims I have a VPN despite no device in the household being able to access the services and none of them are using a VPN.
Any ideas? I've been in touch with the phone support and they blamed Amazon and Amazon has blamed virgin vice versa.
Can you please try a pin hole reset on the hub
Just hold button in back on for 20 seconds
Then try the players again
