My hub 3.0 has a green static WiFi light, a green flashing internet light and a green base light, which is sometimes static and sometimes flashing. Help me please!
Those light mean there is no connection to the VM network, have you done a https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status to see of there is a local issue affecting multiple user, for a more local check you can dial 0800 561 0061.

Have you managed to fix this issue? I'm having same problem and rang customer service to be old that engeneer needs to look at it but that's only available in 3 days
