Can anyone from Virgin Media fix the constant disconnection problems?

After over a month of problems with this issue, I'm asking for help from anybody here or anybody at Virgin Media that might be able to help get this constant disconnection problem resolved. 

Virgin website says 
INTERMITTENT ISSUE IN MY POSTCODE AFFECTING MY SERVICES
but over a month of the problem is not really acceptable.

I realise some people will think this post is too long but its just to show the length of time the problem has been ongoing.Problems started around 10th July, going offline multiple times (15 to 20 times a day)

Virgin send many text messages saying the problem has been fixed, but the problems continue.

On the 21st of August a technician called and installed a new Modem.

He said it probably would not fix the problem because the cable to the house was okay and it was a problem with the local cabinet. He also said it was affecting around 100 people on the same street but that it was not something was qualified to fix at the cabinet.

He was correct, the problems continued with loss of internet multiple times a day. 

on the 24th  I called Virgin on 789 and after being on hold for 20 mins, they just put the phone down on me.

My neighbour has also had the exact same problems as me during this time and has now left Virgin Media for BT. 

I would rather it be fixed if possible, but If it can't be fixed then I just have to leave and find another broadband provider. 

Any help in how to get the issue fixed would be appreciated. I know the messages say INTERMITTENT ISSUE IN MY POSTCODE AFFECTING MY SERVICES and a technician is on the way, but over a month and every day the same problem, and more of the same text messages from Virgin with just the date changed from one to the next is really unacceptable.

Your BQM link - is not a link.      Post the BQM link to "share live graph" as it says on the site.  A VM person will respond but it can take a day or so to respond.  But can you start from a blank sheet and do this...

Switch the Hub off and unplug it from the mains supply for five minutes. Whilst it's off, do a quick check that all of your coax and ethernet cable connections are in nice and "finger" tight - at the Hub and wall box and also at any connectors etc. Ensure there are no “unterminated cable loose ends. Disconnect all the connections and reconnect to be sure. Also check that the internal wiring is ok with no kinking or chaffing. When its light, check that all looks good with the outside cabling and wall box (no “staples, etc.,) piercing the cables. Then switch the Hub back on and leave ~5 minutes When all done, check back in the settings and ensure that the RS error counts and T3 errors have all reset to 0. Then check every hour or so to see if they start reappearing - they shouldn't. If they do (particularly the postRS and T errors ones) you have a problem (noise) that only a Tech visit will sort.
Also check the Upstream QAM’s are all at 64

What is being reported on the 0800 cited above ?

BQM looks dreadful.  What the stats doing after the reset ?

As I mentioned in the first post, the Virgin Media number reports INTERMITTENT ISSUE IN MY POSTCODE AFFECTING MY SERVICES.

my reason for posting here is because the problem has been ongoing since at least July 10th and virgin say the problem is fixed and then say the problem has been identified and a technician is on the way, then repeat that process over and over. Also telling me the problem in my area has been fixed and that they cannot see an issue from their end so sent a technician to my house to bring a new modem which was installed on August 21. The technician told me the new modem would NOT fix the issue as there was a problem with the cabinet, which he was not able to fix.

I'm presuming the Virgin Technician did all of the following, but I have done it too.  "Switch the Hub off and unplug it from the mains supply for five minutes.
