I used to be a Virgin Media customer until I had to move properties. I tried to transfer my contract to my new address as there’s a VM fibre port on the wall in the bedroom but when putting in my postcode online, it shows all the other flats but not mine.
When phoning VM, they said the could only see the other flats and not mine! It just stumps me as to why all the other flats have VM but mine cannot, despite having a VM connection in the bedroom.
I’ve had to move to BT and have had nothing but problem and poor internet speeds!
