Can I get some Router Help Please

My Broadband has gone haywire, I've tried the Chat on the app but no one responds, phoning is pointless the overseas call centre staff just don't listen, I'll post my Modem Status Below, I've pinhole reset it many times but it's getting worse, please can somebody from Virgin pick this up.

I have seen screen shots taken on a phone that are not much bigger than a postage stamp on my 34" UHD monitor.
