I began virgin on 1st June
i cancelled end of June
out of those days I think I had 7 days of working WiFi that wasn’t the speed I was paying for
in that time I had 4 techs not show up
in that time i have phoned up at least 4 times a week and been on those calls for at least one hour at a time
im 28 and have gone grey. My advice is cancel your virgin and go with sky. End of
I could go in to it but I’m bord AF as ranting and raving how bad virgin are. **bleep** WiFi **bleep** service and even worse customer service
and if you need to pay a disconnection fee then it’s worth every **bleep**in penny
No wonder everybody is reluctant to help you with that tempter. If you were a customer of mine talking to me like that I would politely tell you to do one.
