Buffering when using on demand

Good evening for the last couple of days I've gone to watch something from on demand yet when it starts all of a sudden it starts buffering and then freezes have tried different programs but all do the same i have a tivo box with the highest Internet speed 

Thank you for any help

Are you sure it is Tivo and not V6 ?tivo-v6

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

TiVo have their own independent broadband feed that’s not related to the speed serving your home broadband.
