Sorry to hear of the issues with the Firestick when connected to our services.
Can you please confirm if this is located in the same room as the hub, or in a room further away from the hub?
Do any other devices struggle to operate when connected to the services in this area of the property?
Have you possibly attempted to see if the Firestick works when connected to an alternative service provider?
