Buffering on 1gb bundle

 

I’m currently experiencing buffering problems particularly when watching Facebook and Netflix videos via Wi-fi and wired connections.
My Hub 4 is in modem mode (1gb download speed) is connected to a Netgear RAX80.
I recently upgraded the download speed a few days ago and the buffering problem happens a lot more often than when I was on the M350 and M500 bundles.
I’ve done various speed tests and they seem to be ok.
 
My router stats are as follows:
When I click on check router status in the login page nothing comes up, I had to login to the router and go to Advance settings > Tools > Network status.

Your downstream levels are too low.

Is there an attenuator on the back of the hub?

You can also try disabling qos in your router's gui or resetting.

There was an attenuator and I've now removed it.

Gonna test it out now but now I have another problem.

I can't login into the Hub 4 while in modem mode no matter what browser I use. The Hub 4 might be faulty.
