Power cut for 5 mins in whole area and now no services for TV Broadband. Service Status shows OK but neighbours having simialr issuea
For street & postcode-level faults such as this, I wouldn't recommend using the online status page. Instead, call 0800 5610061 which often lists issues down to individual street level.
