Sorry to hear of the WiFi issues. Is it just WiFi or devices connected via Ethernet as well?
If it's all, first thing to check is the faults page - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status or by calling our service line on 0800 561 0061
If it's just WiFi, try the Connect App for me - https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app - when downloaded you'll be able to do a wireless scan in the property which will check for any coverage blackspots. Optimise them if it can do and also if a Pod needed, prompt you to order.
