Broken router

Lost internet connection, green WiFi light on and power light flashing green. Noticed that the white wire (forward path attenuator) on the back of the router was loose. Upon trying to fix it, it's came off completely. Is this an Engineer job? I've tried to sign in to book one using my Account number and details but it's not recognising my account. 🥴
