I was having the front drive relaid and the contractors managed to damage the fibre optic cable. I was booked to get the repair done today afternoon but no one turned up.
I have been on the phone 3 times over half an hour wait time each time trying to ask what happened but no one has been helpful and not been able to rebook! Can anyone help please
