Broken box outside of house

Hi there 

I’m not sure of the reason but I am constantly getting terrible signal, particularly in this bad weather. My Stream service doesn’t work at all due to low bandwidth, with a constant ‘channel failed’ notice appearing. The brown box splitting the cables outside the house (we have just moved in) is broken, and I have a feeling that the bad weather is getting the important bits in the box wet and/or otherwise damaged. I’d like to book an engineer to fix it and at the same time move our broadband connection socket more central in the house. Thanks
