Broadband

Hi I live in M18 area of Manchester and have had no broadband since Thursday I have contacted the contact centre on two occasions and have used the app  several times I am now looking at taking a third day off work is anyone experiencing the same issue I have been told on different times that it will be fixed at first from 17.55 on Thursday then 4 pm on Monday and now the 4th of Feb
