Hi. Im Virgin customer for long time. My contract end in February. Tried call customer service with question for better price as a long term customer. Lady was rude and not helpful with price 37.99 a month . I explain her is to much for me she told me to check BT or sky . Is anyone experience bad customer service ?? And what is your advice for better price ?

if they don’t give you something you are happier with, issue your notice, you will get likely another call within 10 days offering you something else. If you like it, take it, if you don’t, find another supplier.
