Broadband

Our broadband has been atrocious for months. I upgraded so that it would be faster but it still cuts out on a regular basis. Usually two or three times a day. I have rebooted and reset but to no avail. Trying to speak to somebody on the phone is near enough impossible. I need new equipment but can’t contact virgin staff. I’m so frustrated!
