Broadband

I have just recently moved into a new home, Virgin line is installed to the house, I tried to join Virgin broadband set up the direct debit and all the usual stuff.

I received a message saying a self install pack would be delivered on the 20/11/20, however; no contract has been sent to me so will not be able to set up broadband, I have sent proof of ID and address but still nothing, what is going on?
