Broadband

My area has suffered with high utilisation in the past would this graph still suggest this is still the issue as VM are saying there isn't an issue

well your BQM has stopped reporting, so that's what the large red block is

So I'm guessing that's because the connection has died or there is something wrong with BQM?

do you still have internet access? if you do then the connection has not died.
it's possible your WAN IP has changed, if it has you need to manually update your BQM.

Either your IP has changed or you have a Hub3 which occasionally drops ICMP requests and is fixed with a reboot.
